What is the difference between charismatic and non-charismatic churches? Why do traditional churches frown upon the charismatic movement?

Is it mandatory for a Christian or church goer to tithe regularly? I consider myself a believer and was baptized for many years, but hardly tithe (except making offerings at services) as I have my skepticism in people, and ever came across an interpretation online that tithing is no longer required as it was part of old testament and should not be taken literally as compulsory for a Christian.

Is the use of contemporary music in worship service biblical and/or coherent with reformed tradition? Because I'm afraid that too much excitement in worship can lead people to sentimentalism, believing that because they feel therefore they believe.

The word is deep and still very mysterious most churches still only skim the basics of it and even the bible studies feel very vague. Why don't the churches really delve deep in the word as to really understand god and his kingdom, we have to understand both the inward meaning of the bible as well as the outward meaning
