How does the church help make disciples?

Answer:

It is God’s will that Christians, as a church community, raise up Godly disciples from one “generation” after another who are nurtured in Godly living in a covenant community of believers. God’s great commission to bear witness to the gospel must be preached to both unbelievers as well as to the church. This means that the nurturing of saints requires being immersed in fellowship with other believers (Heb 10:25) to make disciples of all nations. (Matt 28:18-20) Without Christian fellowship, we cannot demonstrate our love for God and obey Him by discipling other believers in their Christian walk.
